New Hampshire bitcoin regulatory exemption bill into effect next week
A regulatory exemption for digital currency traders will take effect in New Hampshire next week.
Last month, CoinDesk reported that the governor ChrisSununu HB436 signed a bill in June 2nd, the state monetary service regulations exclude “all or part of the virtual currency trading enterprises responsible person”. The bill for the first time in January.
The contents of the bill at the end of April the final confirmation that the new regulations take effect in time for the August 1st.
The measures to obtain the state bitcoin community welcome, but state officials including chief financial regulators, who opposed the proposal at the hearing. The bill sponsor Rep. BarbaraBiggie, congressman KeithAmmon is joint sponsors.
Vote, both the Senate and the house of disagreement over bill, voting results were 185-170 and 13-10.
