The University of Cambria to provide free future monetary course
Cambria university days ago announced the launch of a free online master courses will focus on the future of the currency.
A month of “currency and social” MOOC (massive open online courses) for “from any political factions monetary innovators and activists”, explore the essence of money, how to explain in the past three thousand years and why misunderstood”.
In addition, this course will seek to solve the risk in the bitcoin community popular hypothesis, is best understood as a currency has its own value of assets”.
Course designer Jem Bendell says: “once we understand that money is a process, not a thing, we can explore the design and innovation, the currency as a tool to use the production of community service.”
More than 100 students have enrolled in the course will begin in February 16th. It is worth noting that the British universities have begun to accept bitcoin payment of tuition fees.
Nicosia, University of Cyprus, in May last year also launched a digital currency MOOC.
