The French financial regulatory agencies jointly attacked encrypted wallet tobacco sale of bitcoin

According to btcmanager news, the French financial regulatory agency (AMF) criticized the financial technology company Keplerk and the country’s tobacco retailers alliance plans to start selling to customers through bitcoin bitcoin certificate from April 1 2019.

It is reported that shortly before the French Federation of tobacco and French currency wallet encryption provider KeplerK to achieve cooperation, starting at the beginning of the year, as many as 4000 small tobacco stores will sell bitcoin. In the announcement of the plan after just one week, Keplerk AMF was severely criticized.

According to informed sources, AMF said in a statement, KeplerK is a non regulated entities, therefore can not provide enough protection to customers. It is worth mentioning that the Bank of France has issued a statement denying any of this kind of program support.
